Amendments to the rules of funds managed by Evli Fund Management Company

The Board of Directors of Evli Fund Management Company Ltd (“Evli”) has decided to amend the rules of the following mutual funds it manages, Evli Impact Equity, Evli Global, Evli Global X, Evli Equity Factor Global, Evli Equity Factor USA, Evli North America, Evli USA Growth and Zenito Silver and Gold. The rule amendments concern the payment of the funds’ subscription and/or redemption orders due to the change in settlement times for securities transactions in North America that will take place at the end of May 2024. In addition, the name of the Zenito Silver and Gold fund will be changed and the rules of the fund will be harmonized in other respects with the rules of other funds managed by Evli. The rule amendments, which are described in more detail below, will enter into force on May 28, 2024.

Subscription and redemption orders for Evli Equity Factor USA, Evli North America and Evli USA Growth funds will be paid one banking day after subscription or redemption. 

Subscription orders for the Evli Impact Equity, Evli Global, Evli Global X, Evli Equity Factor Global and Zenito Silver and Gold funds will now be paid one banking day (previously two banking days, excluding Zenito Silver and Gold) after subscription. Redemption orders will be paid two banking days after redemption. 

Zenito Silver and Gold will change its name to Evli Silver and Gold. In addition, the fund’s rules will be harmonized with other funds managed by Evli, so that the fund’s rules will consist of fund-specific rules and common rules for all funds managed by Evli. 

The payment schedule for the funds’ redemption and subscription orders is described in more detail in the fund prospectus and the amended payment schedules will be described in the fund prospectus of May 28, 2024. The funds’ amended rules apply to all unit holders. The amendments do not require any action from unit holders.
