Evli observes a silent period before issuing financial statements or interim reports. The silent period starts 30 days before the date of publication of the next financial report. During this time, Evli does not give any comments or interviews regarding the company’s financial status, the markets, or the future outlook. Under the Limited Liability Companies Act, shareholders are entitled to bring up for discussion at a General Meeting any matter that falls within the authority of the meeting. Such a request must be made in writing to the Board by the end of January of the year in question in order to be included in the notice of the meeting.
