Evli Plc has two share series, series A shares and series B shares. A series A share confers twenty (20) votes and a series B share confers one (1) vote at the General Meeting. The share series have identical entitlements to dividends and other profit distribution. The company’s series B shares are listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki with the ticker symbol "EVLI" and ISIN code FI4000513437 as of April 4, 2022. According to Evli’s dividend policy, the company will distribute as large a share of the profit for the financial year as dividends as its strong solvency allows.
