Service fees

Evli does not charge a subscription, redemption or a switch fee for the funds, excluding the following funds:

*) Evli Emerging Frontier, which is charged subscription fee 2%

**) Evli Nordic Senior Secured Loan, which is charged redemption fee 0-2%. Redemption fee paid to the Fund based on the holding period. If the Fund's holding period ≥12 months, the redemption fee is 0%. If the Fund's holding period < 12 months, the redemption fee is 2%. Third party mutual funds

Management Fees on Foreign-Based Funds

The magnitude of management, custodial and other fees charged on third party mutual funds available through Evli varies by management company and fund. More specific information on all contractual fees and charges can be found in each company’s Key Investor Information Documents.

1) The fixed management fee charged by the fund.

2)The running costs charged by financial instruments in which the fund invests are estimates based on actual average costs from the period 2022–2024.

3) Performance-based management fee charged from the fund’s assets is an estimate based on actual average fees from the period 2022–2024.

4) Other costs charged from the fund’s assets including trading costs and transaction and research costs are estimates based on actual average costs from the period 2022–2024. The costs do not include any tax at source.

5) Total costs per year is an estimate based on actual average costs from the period 2022–2024.

6) The minimum unit series-specific subscription amount in the currency of the instrument.

7) The calculated monetary cost paid by the client in annual terms for an average investment equal to the size of the minimum subscription. The monetary cost of fixed and potential performance-based management fees depends on the investment’s performance, and therefore, when the value of the investment changes, the monetary costs paid by the client also change.

In discretionary asset management, an investment plan agreed upon with the client is implemented. The client’s expenses depend on the amount of assets invested, selected asset classes and investment instruments.

In Evli Digital portfolios the brokerage fee of publicly traded securities (e.g. exchange traded funds, ETFs) is 0.3%. VAT 25.5% is added to the fees.

Fees according to the actual costs resulting from the use of any external services will also be charged. VAT 25.5% is added to the fees.

*The fees have been calculated by way of example for orders of €1,000.00 and €100,000.00 to illustrate the impact of the minimum fee on the return. The actual fees paid by the client are based on the value of the client’s order.

Handling of dividends and mandatory corporate actions is included in the custody fee.
