LoginEvli Fund Management Company Ltd (“Evli”) has decided in the following merges in accordance with the Finnish Act on Common Funds:

The Financial Supervisory Authority granted permission to conduct the merger on November 14, 2022.
The merger will take place on December 28, 2022, at which time the merging fund will be dissolved without liquidation and its assets and liabilities will be transferred to the receiving fund.
The merging funds have transferred to the management of Evli Fund Management Company in connection with the merger of EAB Fund Management Ltd and Evli Fund Management Company Ltd on October 31, 2022. The merging funds have similar investment strategies and geographical focus as the receiving funds, which justifies the merger of two funds with the same strategy into one fund as it improves administrative efficiency. Unit holders of the merging fund will benefit from the merger through the better cost/return ratio of the receiving fund. At the same time, the merger will also increase the size of the funds, which will ensure funds’ continuity.
No separate actions are required from unit holders to accept the merger and receive the fund units of the Evli Fund offered as merger consideration.
The Management Company will not charge redemption or switch fees from those unit holders who wish to redeem or switch their fund units before the execution of the merger. The deadline for placing redemption or switch orders is:
- Elite Alfred Berg Emerging Markets Focus Fund: December 21, 2022, at 14.00 noon (Finnish time)
- Elite Alfred Berg Finland Focus Fund: December 27, 2022, at 14.00 noon (Finnish time)
- Elite Alfred Berg Europe Focus Fund: December 27, 2022, at 14.00 noon (Finnish time)
- Elite Alfred Berg USA Focus Fund: December 27, 2022, at 14.00 noon (Finnish time)
