Top position again for Evli in SFR Research’s institutional asset management survey

Evli has been awarded the ”Gold Award” for excellence in investment services and placed second overall, in SFR Research’s Institutional Investment Services Finland 2025 survey in the large asset managers category. Evli was also again the most used institutional asset manager with the highest market share in Finland.

In SFR Research’s 2025 survey, Evli’s overall quality performance score was 4,05 on a scale of 1-5, which is Evli's highest score in the survey during the past 10 years. Evli scored excellent ratings in areas such as client servicing, resources and stability of the organization, ability to take a market view, ability to integrate ESG into asset management, and long-term investment performance.

Evli was again the most used asset manager and had the highest market share in Finland. 75 percent of the respondents use Evli’s institutional asset management and mutual fund services.

Top positions for Evli in alternative investments as well

This year also a separate Alternative Investments Report was published as a part of the survey; Evli was placed second overall in alternative investments among 18 asset managers, based on the overall quality assessment.

Evli strengthened its position in alternative investments, being now ranked as the second most used asset manager. Over 50 percent of the respondents invest in Evli’s alternative funds, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate, and/or forestry.

In this year's SFR Research’s “Institutional Investment Services” survey, Finnish institutional investors evaluated 18 asset management companies based on nine different quality criteria. Survey respondents included insurance companies, pension institutions, endowments and foundations, cities and municipalities, parish unions, universities, and other institutional investors.

Evli has excellent track record in asset management surveys

This year's strong result in the SFR Research’s survey is a continuation of Evli's excellent track record in asset management surveys. In the Kantar Prospera’s “External Asset Management 2025 Finland” survey, institutional investors ranked Evli once again as the best asset manager in Finland. Evli has been ranked among the top positions in Kantar Prospera’s survey for 13 consecutive years in a row and SFR Research’s Institutional Investment Services Finland survey for 10 consecutive years.
