The Board of Directors of Evli Fund Management Company Ltd proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on March 18, 2026 the following dividends to be distributed for Evli’s UCITS funds and Evli Q7 (AIF) and Evli Nordic Senior Secured Loan (AIF), distribution unit series for 2025:
- Evli Euro Liquidity 3%
- Other fixed income funds 4%
- Balanced funds 4%
- Equity funds 4%
The Annual General Meeting decides on the dividends to be distributed.
The dividends for Evli mutual funds’ distribution unit series are disbursed and withdrawn from the values of the A, IA, FIA and QIA unit series on March 18, 2026. The dividends are expected to be paid to the unit holders’ cash assets in Evli Plc, in accordance with the register information as of the date of the Annual General Meeting, on March 25, 2026.
