Evli Private Equity IV fund invests in top-quality, international private equity funds, mainly active in the buyout market, which invest in unlisted shares. As a result of the rapid fundraising, the fund closed at a record EUR 184 million, becoming one of the largest alternative funds in Evli's history and one of the largest Finnish fund-of-funds in terms of size.
The Evli Private Equity IV fund’s strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of top-tier private equity funds across markets and sectors. To date, the fund has made three commitments to European funds and one to a North American fund, and has completed its first co-investment in Europe. In total, the fund will invest in 10–15 buyout funds, providing investors with broad diversification across high-quality assets globally.
