The Board of Directors of Evli Fund Management Company Ltd (hereinafter “Evli”) has decided to amend the rules of the Evli Sweden Equity Index Fund (hereinafter “Fund”). The amendments will be made to the Fund’s name and its investment strategy. The rule amendments, which are described in more detail below, will enter into force on September 28, 2026.
The goal of these changes is to offer shareholders a more diverse way to invest in the Swedish stock market. Under the new investment strategy, the fund will retain the key characteristics of index investing but will be able to utilize active stock selection to aim for returns that outperform the benchmark index with moderate active risk.
- The Fund’s current investment strategy is passive, and the objective of its investment activities is to replicate the composition and performance of the benchmark index. As a result of the rule amendments, the Fund’s investment strategy will change. The Fund will adopt an active investment strategy. However it will primarily invest in line with the benchmark index, but it may overweight, underweight or exclude companies included in the benchmark index. The Fund’s active risk is expected to remain moderate relative to the benchmark index. The Fund’s new benchmark index is SIX60 CAP.
- The name of the Fund will be changed to Evli Atlas Sweden Enhanced Index.
- As a result of the new investment strategy, the Fund will also promote environmental and social characteristics in accordance with Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
- A new growth unit series, IB SEK, for institutional investors will be established for the Fund. More detailed information on the unit series and subscription terms is available from Evli.

The Fund’s amended rules apply to all unit holders. No action is required from unit holders regarding the rule amendments.
