Allderma divested to Avia Pharma

Avia Pharma is a Sweden-based OTC and Rx pharmaceutical company with presence in the Nordics and Germany. Avia Pharma distributes medically positioned products within dermatology, allergy, women’s health, urology and everyday health. Since 2024, the company is majority owned by Impilo.

Allderma is a Swedish consumer healthcare company that develops, sells, and markets healthcare products through the pharmacy channel. Under the ownership of 3iM Equity Partners, Allderma has strengthened its product portfolio, expanded its pharmacy presence and reinforced its strategic positioning within dermatology and self-care. The product portfolio spans OTC pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetical products and supplements treating common conditions such as dermatological scalp problems, hair loss, nail fungus, warts, and digestive disorders.
