Evli - the most widely used Institutional Asset Manager in Finland for 4th year in a row

Once again first place in portfolio management competence and responsible investments (ESG).

Evli was again the most widely used institutional asset manager in Finland in the recent KANTAR SIFO Prospera "External Asset Management Finland 2020" -survey. Over 62 percent of the respondents use Evli's asset management services.

In addition to this, Evli was ranked as the second best institutional asset manager in overall quality assessment among 15 asset management companies. Evli's overall performance score was 4.13 (scale 1-5). This year's strong result is a continuation of Evli's excellent track record in KANTAR SIFO Prospera’s institutional client surveys, in which Evli has been ranked first for five consecutive years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) based on the overall quality assessment.

In 2020 Evli's brand strength was again assessed as the strongest in asset management services in Finland. In addition to this, Evli was again placed first overall in portfolio management competence and responsible investments (ESG). On a scale from 1-5, Evli received praise for among others portfolio management competence (4.16), track record (4.10), brand strength (4.19) and sales competence (4.31).

In the 2020 survey conducted by KANTAR SIFO Prospera, Finnish institutional investors assessed the quality of 15 asset managers based on 13 quality criteria. The respondents viewed the most important criteria in selecting an asset manager to be portfolio management competence, product quality and track record. Survey respondents included insurance companies, pension institutions, endowments and foundations, cities and municipalities, parish unions, universities and other institutional investors.
