Uniwater is a Nordic group specialising in water and wastewater infrastructure solutions, offering pumping stations, water and treatment plants, electricity and automation solutions and niche products. Uniwater has approximately 210 employees across 13 locations and is headquarted in Gothenburg, Sweden

Buyer

Nalka was formed in 2009 and is a Stockholm based investor investing in small- and medium sized business primarily in the Nordic region. By way of its owner Interogo Holding AG, Nalka share a heritage with Inter IKEA
