SAC's favourable decision concerning the taxation of EAM's holding companies

The Supreme Administrative Court of Finland gave a favourable decision regarding the taxation of EAM's holding company system.

The decision was made on March 8th, 2019 with votes 3-2 after EAM had put forward a complaint and preliminary ruling process.
