Evli's Responsible investment annual report 2018 has been published. The information is also part of the Corporate Responsibility Report published in Evli's Annual Report 2018.

Responsible investing in Evli means that factors related to the environment, society and good governance are integrated into portfolio management. The Responsible investment annual report contains the main themes and key figures of Evli Wealth Management´s responsible investments in 2018.

“In 2018, the importance of climate change mitigation continued to grow, and we joined several investor initiatives, in order to engage with companies that are susceptible to climate change-related risks. We also received recognition from our customers and institutional investors who rated Evli's responsible investment practices best in Finland in KANTAR Sifo Prosperas client survey. In the coming years, we will continue to develop our responsible investment practices. Our goal is to further develop our funds’ ESG reporting and the funds carbon footprint reporting as well as continue engagement related to mitigating climate change”, Outi Helenius, Head of Sustainability at Evli Bank comments.

Annual Report and Corporate Responsibility Report in the same covers

Evli's Annual Report, including the Corporate Responsibility Report, reports key results of Evli's operations in 2018 and the development of responsibility. The corporate responsibility report includes a GRI report which has been drawn up in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) where applicable. The Annual Report includes for the first time the GRI standard as a framework. In the future, the Corporate Responsibility report will be based on the GRI standard where applicable and be included in the annual report.
