LoginEvli Fund Management sells a selection of mutual funds to institutional investors in Europe, including the Iberian Peninsula and Italy. In particular, the Evli Short Corporate Bond fund received significant recognition from Funds People magazine, the region’s most-followed fund media for professional investors.
The highest rating, ABC, was awarded to Evli Short Corporate Bond by Funds People in Spain and Portugal. In Italy, the fund achieved an AC rating.
Each year, Funds People evaluates funds sold in Spain, Portugal, and Italy in three rating categories: A = Analysts’ favourite; B = Blockbuster; C = Consistency of performance. Only the top funds in the respective categories receive a rating.
The Evli Short Corporate Bond fund belongs to an elite group of funds, as very few are successful in achieving a rating in each Funds People category. Of the 6,400 funds registered in Spain, only 25 managed to receive a complete ABC rating this year.
The Evli Short Corporate Bond fund is managed by Juhamatti Pukka, Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income.
Other Evli funds to receive a Funds People 2020 rating are the Evli Nordic Corporate Bond fund (BC rating in Spain), as well as Evli Corporate Bond and Evli Equity Factor Europe (C ratings in Spain and Italy).
Funds People rating criteria:
A-category (Favourite of the Analysts) refers to funds that gather the most votes from fund selectors.
B-category (Blockbuster) awarded to the best-selling funds.
C-category (Consistency) measures the consistency of each fund’s performance in relation to other funds in the same category based on data from Morningstar Direct.
