Evli Plc’s wholly owned subsidiary Aurator Asset Management Ltd was merged into Evli on December 31, 2022, according to a merger plan announced previously. The aim of the transaction is to simplify the group structure of Evli.
The merger will have no impact on the product and service offering of either Evli or Aurator. The Turku office will continue to operate with the current team and the Aurator brand. The merger has no impact on personnel, and it does not require any action from clients.
The merger plan was announced on August 29, 2022.
