Subscriptions

Fund units can be subscribed on each Finnish banking day. The subscription will be affected at the net asset value confirmed for the trading day provided that the order was placed by the order cut off time 1:00 pm CET. If the order is placed on a day that is not a trading day for the fund, the order will be affected at the net asset value confirmed for the following trading day.

Delayed funds (Evli GEM, Evli Japan, Evli Global and Evli Global X) are an exception with orders having to be placed on the previous trading day to the expected trade date.

Retail investors’ cut off time for the payment is the same as for subscription orders 1:00 pm CET on the date the order is placed. Institutional clients’ cut off time for the payment is 2:00 pm CET on the payment date being two banking days after the trade date with the exception of Evli Euro Liquidity with the payment taking place the day after the trade date.

The subscription payment must be available to the Management Company or the Fund by the payment cut off time, provided that the Man­agement Company has been supplied with the required information on the subscriber and the subscriber’s identity. Therefore, please make sure that your bank is duly instructed about zero value date payment.

Fund units can be redeemed, partially or entirely, on each Finnish banking day. Redemptions are affected at the net asset value confirmed for the trading day provided that the order was placed by the order cut off time 1:00 pm CET. If the order is placed on a day that is not a trading day for the fund, the order will be affected at the net asset value confirmed for the following trading day.

Delayed funds (Evli GEM, Evli Japan, Evli Global and Evli Global X) are an exception with orders having to be placed on the previous trading day to the expected trade date by the order cut off time 1:00 pm CET.

The redemption payment is normally made two banking days after the trade date with the exception of Evli Euro Liquidity fund with the payment taking place the next banking day after the trade date.

The redemption payment will be paid, according to your request, either to your bank account at Evli, or to another bank. The payment will normally be available on the payment date, but please note that there are some exceptions depending on your domicile.

Transfers from one Evli fund to another will be implemented in the same way as redemptions and subscriptions.

Instructions for transactions in Finland

Subscriptions

  1. In My Evli. Enter the fund service online and make your fund subscription using the My Evli service. Your subscription will appear in the My Evli portfolio within 1-4 banking days. You can also make a subscription for a future value date (max. 1 month).
  2. Using our Investor Service. Make your subscription using our Investor Service and pay for the subscription with your own personal payment reference number.
  3. Via your Contact Person. Institutional clients can contact their own contact person and give payment instructions. The subscription will be paid, using your own payment reference number, into the Evli Plc client asset account.

If a printed fund unit certificate has been issued before June 15, 2020, please deliver it to the Investor Service along with the redemption order.

The redemption payment will be paid, according to your request, either to your bank account at Evli, or to another bank.

Fund saving at a minimum of 50 euros/month

Enter the fund service online and make your savings plan at My Evli. Fund saving payment is charged automatically from your Evli portfolio on the due date.

Trading Days

Trading in fund units is not possible if the fund’s principal market place/places is/are closed due to local religious holidays or bank holidays. The calendar below shows the known dates on which trading will be interrupted. However, sudden, unforeseen circumstances can also cause temporary interruptions to the processing of the transactions of one or more funds.
