At the beginning of 2006, Evli initiated a training program for the whole personnel entitled Evli Academy. Its objective is to maintain and systematically develop the competence of employees with respect to the constantly changing financial markets. Leadership requires continual learning and updating of knowledge. Evli Academy allows employees to exchange opinions and views while at the same time learning from each other which is one of the Academy’s objectives.
