Evli Securities AS, Rīgas filiāle acts in Latvia as a branch office of the Estonian financial brokerage firm Evli Securities AS. The governance of Evli Securities AS, Rīgas filiāle and Evli Securities AS is based on generally accepted principles of good corporate governance and the highest ethical standards. The operations of Evli Securities AS, Rīgas filiāle are conducted in compliance with the Financial Instrument Market Law of the Republic of Latvia and Estonian legislation, applicable statutory provisions governing the regulations of the Latvian and Estonian Financial Supervision Authority and the requirements of the various regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Evli Securities AS the Evli Securities AS, Rīgas filiāle may perform in Latvia all fields of activities under activity licence and Articles of Association of Evli Securities AS.
