The governance of Evli Securities AS is based on generally accepted principles of good corporate governance and the highest ethical standards. The operations of Evli are conducted in compliance with the Estonian Commercial Code, applicable statutory provisions governing the Estonian securities markets, the regulations of the Financial Supervision Authority, the official rules of the Tallinn Stock Exchange and the requirements of the various regulatory authorities. The company’s operations are also conducted in compliance with the recommendations of the Tallinn Stock Exchange and the Chamber of Commerce. |
