Catella Property Oy, a subsidiary of Catella Property Group, is Finland's leading property consulting company. It employs more than 60 experts in Finland. Catella Property Oy is exclusively focused on consultancy services related to business premises.
Catella’s Finnish operations started in the early 1970s, and until 1997, it operated as a subsidiary of the current Nordea Bank. In September 1997, Catella Property Consultants AB, part of the Swedish InterIkea group of companies, began to internationalize strongly and established itself in Finland through an acquisition.
Today, Catella is the Nordic market leader in the sector, and a rapidly expanding company in continental Europe. Catella Property Group operates in eight countries, and has around 260 employees.

Ovenia Oy
Ovenia Oy provides customer driven property management services. The company concentrates on operative management of property portfolios: property management, financial management and leasing services. All Ovenia´s service solutions are based on the strategy adopted by the customer.
Ovenia manages altogether 5,7 million sqm of property in Finland. Service network includes over 700 service providers. The companys annual procurements are approximately EUR 180 million and it had a net turnover of EUR 8 million in 2006.
Ovenia employs 90 property management experts. Company has offices in Helsinki, Lahti, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Vaasa, Kuopio and Oulu.
