Evli Alexander Management acquires PCA’s equity incentive administration business

Evli Alexander Management Oy (”EAM”) and PCA Corporate Finance Oy (”PCA”) have conducted on June 30, 2008 a transaction, through which PCA will transfer the company’s equity incentive scheme administration business to EAM. The maintenance and administration of option and share incentive plans of numerous Finnish listed companies will transfer to EAM with the transaction.

Along with the administration services and its clients, five employees responsible for the services and an IT-system will transfer to Evli Alexander Management. As a result of the deal EAM will administer the majority of the most considerable Finnish listed companies’ option and share-based incentive systems.
